Cradle Cap in Infants

Head and Shoulders vs Selsun Blue for cradle cap?
My infant has cradle cap and her pediatrician suggested using Head and Shoulders 2 times per week. I have read that Selsun Blue works good as well. Which one works better? I have already tried all of the regular remedies such as olive oil and baby oil and brushing the flakes. Also, using baby shampoo makes it worse. I use Cetaphil on the days I do not use the Head and Shoulders. It seems to help. Also, I saw something called Nizoral at the local drugstore. Has anyone used this on their baby for cradle cap?
