Question by Colleen K:
Environmentally safe way to disinfect baby’s toys?

Does anyone have an evironmentally safe way to disinfect toys? I am trying to use less chemicals in my cleaning, but I want to be sure the toys are clean.

Thanks!

I use that new Clorox Hard Surface product that is safe for kids and pets. I have used it ever since it came out and I have not had any problems. I spray the stuff on and they say you do not have to rinse but I do anyway with super super hot water. Then I let them air dry.

Clean everything with vinegar & baking soda!

Edit: You can also use tea tree oil…put a few drops in the some hot water, its a natural disinfectant.
