Take her to the doctor, do not ask people on yahoo answers …

When my babies were that small I always took my cues from them. On average they would feed every 3-4 hours. But I would not go more then that. If she’s not pooping regularly then I would introduce Biogaia (infant probiotic drops) into her diet. It helps the good bacteria to grow, and helps with babies having regular bowel movements. I hope this helps.

Feed on demand! It’s not about how many hours or ounces. Feed your baby when she is hungry and however much she wants. And is the “q-tip” something your pediatrician recommended? I would discuss that with him/her. You shouldn’t have to induce your baby’s bowel movement. If she were constipated that’s one thing…but otherwise you should discuss with the ped.
